Blogging has been called many things. Some say its amateur journalism, others see it as amateur publishing. Everyone agrees, however, it is empowering.

A Blog gives a voice to its writer, and its presence gives those writers an audience when it’s well done and has something to say that’s truly original, informative, insightful or witty.

At Panmedia, we read Blogs often, and even build them. So we thought it might be time to do our own. As a web bureau that built Jamaica’s first portal (Jamaica Today) and as marketing and advertising specialists, we believe we have something to say about those subjects and hope you find our expression useful.

We intend to stimulate a dialogue over issues common to both professionals in the fields we work and the clients we serve.

When we put on our techie hats, PanNotes will cover new and emerging technology and tools, and development methods.

When we want to look at the world as marketers, we will consider our creative solutions for clients that are both distinctive and commercially viable. There is no standard formula for great advertising…we approach every client, every day, with an open mind and a clean slate. In PanNotes, we intend to share our process with you.
